Fast pie with apricots

Ingredients

• 115 grams of margarine;
• 2 eggs;
• 125 g of flour;
• 1 teaspoon baking powder;
• 200 g of sugar;
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
• a pinch of salt;
• 7-8 apricots;
• 2 teaspoons of lemon juice;
• 1 tablespoon of sugar with cinnamon.
  
  

Preparation

Mix the softened margarine and eggs. Add flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and knead a homogenous dough.

Distribute the cake base on the bottom of the baking container. The shape of a diameter of 22 cm is best. Cut the apricots in half, remove the stones and place the fruit on the dough with the cut down.

Pour lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake the cake for about an hour at a temperature of 180 ° C until it browns. Decorate with apricots and berries.
