Very true. Learning the wrong thing is a curse. To unlearn or undo is a bigger task than to learn . Correct fundamentals are most important.

Very wise words of Michael Jordan, I remember when I was starting my oil painting just done how I thought it should be, but then reading the books and watching the tutorials, you see that using simple rules of lights and shadow and values makes the painting so attractive and at the end it is also quite simple. I believe that relates to everything when we do, that is why we go to school and later to get a profession we need to learn. Unfortunately you realize it later on your own experience :)
