Morning Coffee?

Yo, whats up guys :)
so most of us have that early cup of Joe to get us started for the day, but
is that what we really need?

so coffee does us all a favor for being naturally caffeinated

and want caffeine does
is that it stimulates our catabolic hormones
making our cells work on overdrive
which is why we feel that buzz,
it's our cells being stimulated to ramp up

Now we come across a situation when we understand coffee as a diuretic

you see,
a diuretics make fluids leave our body

so in the morning do want fluids being released?
probably not,
considering we have not consumed water for about 8 hours
(and if you've slept less than 6 hours your body is most likely filled with catabolic hormones already [i.e. cortisol, adrelnalen], do what more of these stress hormones in your system due to a cup of coffee... maybe not)

So to get rehydrated from our sleep
we should drink water in the morning
to supply our body with the resources it needs to create energy
(for more on how water creates energy check out my last 2nd to last post Want More Energy?)

so what we can do is
a. drink a few cups of water instead of coffee
or
b. drink a few cups of water and then a cup of coffee
(this way we anticipate water leaving our system)

Hope this helps and gives you more energy for your day :)

Nice post - Even though I drink coffee every morning. But a glass of water is mandatory as well.
