[steemia] Up-vote fails when upvoting with low SP

Expected Behavior
Clicking on up-vote with low Voting strength should either up-vote the post or show an error msg.
Actual Behavior
When trying to up-vote with very small vote strength, a spinner gets displayed and no up-vote or error is returned. You have to restart the app for spinner to go away and be able to up-vote again.
Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- Login with a account with small amount of SP (less than 100)
- Click on up-vote and select 1% in the slider. (Also note that their is no number displayed if you have not updated vote strength in settings.)
- Click check mark on the right to upvote.
- Spinner will start spinning but never complete or show a message. Going into a post and coming out, you can still see the spinner. Quit the app and open to restore normal behavior.

That happens to me on Steemit sometimes. Allot of the times its a visual error. Meaning the upvote did get placed but for some reason we are being shown that it wasn't or the spinning or loading error.

I guess since you flagged it after I pinged the bot. Its not going to give you more upvote. Remember next time to.... flag, .....comment .....then come by the discord and bring the link to your comment and post it there in #general. After a bit of good work you can be promoted and post them directly into #mentions.
