[SteemApp] [2.0.3] Next button should stay disabled if no story is entered

Expected Behavior

User should not be able to go to the Tags page without entering Post Story.

Actual Behavior

User can get to the Tags screen without entering anything in story.

Steps to Reproduce

Click on create post link in the bottom
Enter title and click next.
On the Story page, click left Arrow to go back to title page.
Click again on the Next button on Title page.
After landing on Story screen again, you will notice that Next button is enabled and clicking on it takes you to Add Tags without asking for a story.

Recording of the issue (Originally tested in 1.0.3, issue still persists in 2.0.3)

Thanks for your contribution.

I was able to replicate this issue on Android 6.0.1.

If you would like to increase your rewards I would recommend that you wait for the project owner to acknowledge the issue prior to your contribution to Utopian.
As mentioned previously, Utopian now takes into account whether or not you try to identify the cause of the issue and suggest possible fixes.
Suggesting possible fixes also helps to increase this posts benefit to the opensource community, from doing this you will see you're a score improve. Due to the steps to replicate and the way that this bug is found, I only believe this provides some value to the project due to it likely not be an issue for the majority of users.

As mentioned above, if you would like to score higher points I would recommend trying to focus on points 1 and 2 as well as trying to identify more critical bugs to the project.

Thanks for your review. I am not looking for possible solutions because I don't like coding in native phone apps :). If it was built on ionic/angular, I would definitely suggest some solution.
