[hede.io] Steemconnect throws error when amount is entered in .xx format

Expected Behavior
When the transferred amount is entered in .xx format, either transfer window should throw an error or make the conversion to x.xx format internally.
Actual Behavior
When the amount is entered in .xx format, system doesn't throw an error. After clicking on Continue, steemconnect throws an error.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to any profile (ex https://hede.io/@ercu)
- Click on the ... next to profile name and click on transfer.
- In the transfer window, enter amount as .01
- Click on continue
- Steemconnect throws error

- Browser: Google Chrome ( 66.0.3359.181 Version)
- Operating system: OSX 10.11.6

I was able to replicate this issue.
This behavior is common across other applications and although the issue you discuss is much related to SteemConnect not supporting this format I do agree that in this event it should be handled by the application and this is obviously a flaw in the current application.
