Boiled green bananas health benefits. According to recent research, green banana is rich in enzymes that improve the health of the stomach. A group of researchers gave themselves the task of studying this tropical fruit. What they discovered is that this fruit has enzymes like leucocyanidin, a bioflavonoid. This tropical fruit is very famous here in Philippines and this is our best snacks every afternoon around 3pm matching with "bagoong or alamang" This banana is just a great food and it has a good benefits to our health, I love this boiled bananas specially when it is ripe already and we boiled it and it's really taste good even my partner is acting Filipino now because he ate Filipino food and he even likes to eat this boiled banana. For us Filipinos who live and grow in the province we are proud that we had this kind of banana because if ever we don't have rice to cook we can boiled this banana, I am thankful we had a banana like this.

I eat it green in soups or I make tostones.
Cut into thin slices, fry them, remove them from the frying pan, sprinkle with garlic and salt and place again to fry, pass through an absorbent paper towel to remove excess oil.
That; also good but for us we just boil it and we have this special kinds of something we called "alamang or bagoong" we dip the boil banana on that thing and it taste good for us Filipino who ate this green banana.
