"Bird's Eye View" Acrylic on canvas painting
My Mother owns this painting, along with many of the first ones that I did. I really enjoy painting birds and love painting sunsets! Accompanied by a poem:
Observing creation
and moved by the sight.
Ending's beginning,
when day turns to night.
Shimmering stillness
of heaven's decent.
Such sweetness, in sorrow...
My joyful lament.
Searching for answers
to questions unknown.
Seeking completion,
but already whole.
Blessed by my failures,
through cause and effect.
A great dichotomy,
all imperfectly perfect.
