~III~ Nova Scotia Adventure- Epilogue
It has now been over a week since my visit to Nova Scotia. I have procrastinated on making this post. I wanted to reflect a bit in hopes of making it memorable for my Steemit friends who were nice enough to take me in and show me around

It was decided that we would loop around the other side of Peggy's Cove road. Somewhere along the way, the perfect time came for me to ask to be the bass player for the Key of H. They said yes!!! That put a whole new spin on the day!
We went back to Peggy's Cove, and went to a gift shop so I could buy a Mothers Day gift for my wife. I always have anxiety about buying gifts
I bought a time clock heart necklace and a cool bracelet for my wife. I wasnt sure if she would like the necklace, but she did, and wore it for several days afterwards
Next we went to get some fresh lobsters and mussels for the feast tonight. There is a place right in the cove near where Brendan and Lyndsay live that sells the good stuff
We were near the boys' school, so we went there and waited for them to come back from swimming. While there I got to meet another Steemian, @amymya! Dreamy Amy is a pro at Steemit and makes some really creative and informative posts. It was cool to meet her even tho briefly

I know, I know! It seems a bit cruel. We all felt a little bit sad 😔 They did not go to waste

Lyndsay made her famous cheese biscuits, and this really amazing sauce for the mussels. God it was to die for!!!
Now in a food coma, I got to meet another Steemian! @marionbowes stopped by with her hubby Craig. They were both very nice and we got along well. I got an invite to stop by their place before leaving
The rest of the evening was spent by the fire drinking, smoking, playing music and conspiracy talk!! Lyndsay and Brendan played some of their old tunes. It was awesome being there in person to hear!
Morning came quick and soon it was afternoon. It would be time to go soon. We took it easy, drank coffee and threw the ball around with the boys

At last, we went to the home of @marionbowes for a coffee before heading off to the airport
They have a wonderful home, and a breathtaking view of the Atlantic. I just dont know how they do it!!
A deer came down into the yard just as I was leaving. It just kind of stared at us and held still. It felt like a good luck omen
I certainly feel blessed to have made this journey. Thank You again to the Bowes family for the kindness, hospitality and friendship. Memories of this trip will always be of wonder and calmness.

Now it is really over... <3 <3 We had such a great time, and so nice to relive all the memories through your posts. I'm so glad your wife liked the necklace, it was extraordinary!
Miss you tonnes!! How cool that you saw a deer right before you took off from Marion and Craig's place, I did not know that! A good omen indeed!

Yes, sadly I don't know what how we do it either. Someone has to, might as well be us. When we are away we pine away and can not wait to get back. I told you it gets in your soul. The shots you took are awesome. Dang I missed the lobster race. I wish you had more time to sit on the deck. The sunset that evening was to die for. We also wanted to show you our beach. Ah, the deer. She is here to stay. She is here everyday and sleeps behind the house among several little bushes. We believe she has lost her mother. Never had a pet deer before. Mr. Joey Cat does not seem to mind either. He is such a gentle creature. So now we have to think of a name for her. I am so glad you enjoyed your visit. Please do come again. Our door is forever open. :))) Peace and love to you.
Well now I know what ill do when I come back! I would love to see that sunset and your beach. Have you ever tried kayaking? We have to go on a boat ride!
So was the day I left the first time you encountered the deer? Yep, youll have to name her. Then you can make a post about it!

ok..wow...what to answer first. Yes we have kayaked several times and canoed. Yes we must go on a boat ride. No to the deer. They are always around. That one came with mommy. Now mommy is gone and she is always here. Found her sitting in the back yard behind a bush. Now we have all the furniture and pots out on the deck. Gee it is so awful. Don't know quite what to do.
