Practice - Feet #4

in #drawing7 years ago

Today I tried something different and I can't say that it worked out. I did a drawing of a foot without any reference, starting from the bone structure. I feel there are some flaws in the way I did the fingers, but the shadow is somewhat helping the drawing feel more 3d.

I'll do some more studies and try from time to time to do those drawings from imagination to test out what I've learned so far.

Hope you've enjoyed this shorted post :) I try to keep them consistent, as well as working on my other projects at the same time. Soon I might be able to share some of that with you :)

Until next time, have a great day, friends!

Your sketches are so detailed and well drawn, i hope you have a great time in Thessaloniki:) You should start posting your artworks at nTopaz platform https://www.ntopaz.com/. It is the art community and i think you will get more attention there:)

Thank you very much! I'll check it out and probably I'll post there as well :)

Perfect 😊 I am looking forward to see 😊

Foot from the front is super hard.... I donno, i think it's both the foreshortening AND the volume of the instep part that makes this angle very difficult for me...

You did well, though, Mike !

Love the red lines, as usual <3

Thanks for the support, spidey! I think I'll have to find some more references for those difficult poses before trying them out, but I really appreciate your positive comment :)
