One more journal page starting with an astounding sunset. I spend a good couple of minutes just looking at the sun's reflection in the water. It was one of the most meditative moments I've gone through.

Today I have for you some really beautiful graffiti I've found while wandering around the center of the city. It's a bit of a shame that the place next to them is not well kept.

We spent most of our day walking by and looking for a place where we could rent some bikes from. Me and my friend really wanted to learn how to ride the bike since we could go to the uni by using them. And our other two friends were happy to help us.

In our search along the seaside we saw the most beautiful sunset. I took many pictures of it, but another one that I really like puts more accent on the sea and the waves.

We managed to catch a group of cadets I think, which were marching and had a marching band along with them. They were really mesmerizing and it was a pleasure to watch them, even for a little bit. Here you can see them after the march, in their bus. It's a shame I didn't get to take a picture of them marching, but this shows their costumes a bit.

In our search I took a photo of a theater I think near the center. It has a dome that reminds me of a big library back home, the Central University Library.

Another landmark of the city is this tower which I've heard has a coffee place inside. I'll try to go inside some day :) It's very nice how the moon landed on top of it.

In it's vicinity I also saw a beautiful arch that changes colors. It's very nice to watch after the sunset. It made me think of a metaphor for a passage from the land to the sea.

After that we actually did manage to find a place where we could rent some bikes :)) and yesterday was the first day I actually rode a bike without helping wheels! It felt amazing! Also tiresome :)) but it was definitely worth it. Can't wait to go biking some more!

For the end of the day here is a quick little sketch that I got to make in the evening :)
