I have been with Steemit for a little over a year. There are a few people that stand out as they have the combination of Voting Power and Generosity. These are also great examples off what it takes to succeed on Steemit.

GROW AND DO LIKEWISE

Perhaps you know some great Steemians in your experience on Steemit. You can mention them if you would like.

First of all, I am grateful for the many minnows that upvote my posts and, I also have grown in friendship with many of you. Many of you have encouraged me and the list would be very large.

My purpose of this post is to say thank you to the few that have helped me to grow. To give thanks for those who are great examples and those who are generous and come by with a nice upvote.

My hope is you will begin to follow these, upvote their posts with 100% of whatever VP you have. That you would learn of them and grow and then do likewise.

My way of saying thanks

When I first started Steemit, a friend of mine introduced me to papa-pepper. He posts several times a day with a variety of content. I actually try to do the same from his example. He is still doing a much better job at it than me. A great family. Photography, humor, bible and great contests. Homesteading, snakes and stuff, always interesting.

@daveks for great photography, especially of the Canadian Rockies. Great guy! I chat with him outside of Steemit and we have a genuine friendship that will last. My next trip to the USA will include a trip to Canada to see him.

@nextgen622 is a great friend and family man. He loves the Lord and has a beautiful family. He and I also chat frequently outside of Steemit. One day I will go see him or visaversa. Flights from where I am in the Philippines to where he is in Melbourne is an 8 hour flight.

@michealb is also from Australia and we have become friends. True friends! To me this is the greatest part of Steemit. Not the money but the community. I do hope with the rest that Steem prices rise again, but this value is for sure. Friendship! Community

@tattoodjay is a great example of generosity. Just visit his page or enter one of his contests and you will see. Besides also having great content.

#steemchurch and #christian-trail are also great fellowships to be part of. These groups support one another. If you are a minnow, this is invaluable. Through these groups, I have met great people from all around the world.

#gratefulvibes community. @papabear @sunnylife and many in this family with One Love as their motto. This is a group that really helps one another. I have met some great friends there.
