And your parents started teaching you about right and wrong?

Well

For most of you
Part of that process was enduring your parents describing what was wrong with you

Each individual has experienced this injustice to a greater or lesser degree ...

And each time you experience it ...

Part of your soul cries ...

Unconditional love.

What does that even mean?
Love / support / positive affect that is given / shone intentionally regardless of "perception"

When are parents told us "no!" or "Stop!"
they were perceiving us doing something they thought was wrong.

Depending on who raised us, wrong could have meant just about anything.

And it doesn't stop at our parents ... Our community, and the general society we live in add their own personal definitions of what type of behavior is acceptable.

Don't get mad ...
They gave us a lot of good stuff too.

but!
We have to be responsible for our selves and getting rid of this limiting program is key to becoming the best version of your self.

You've already done the first step ...

In order to solidify a perceptual change you have to change the related behavior.

You have to live as if you did believe what you are trying to believe before you actually believe it.

It is an act of self discovery and will that will need to be repeated a multitude of times, depending on the strength of the underlying belief.

but!
With practice you will begin to shift the behavior and can completely change ANY personal belief.
