Happy Sunday guys, this is season 10 week 2 engagement challenge, which is cake. I am a lover of cake, people around me knows that I love eating cake alot that's why I try to make one for my family once in a while even though I am not perfect but I still try my best once in a while.
Which cake do you prefer and why?
Myself eating chocolate cake at my friend birthday party
I'm a lover of cake but not every cake I love eating, there are cakes I can and still need more. The particular cake I love eating is chocolate cake, so the cake I prefer most among all cakes is CHOCOLATE CAKE
CHOCOLATE cake is my best cake so far even at a party, if I see a chocolate cake I am always happy because all my attention will be on that cake, the reason why I love chocolate cake is the slight bitterness and the coffee aroma that is always present in chocolate cake. I don't really love sugar and chocolate cake is not sugary.
What is your favorite cake that you make at home? If making it at home then what kind of items are required to make this cake and what is the procedure?

Trying to bake chocolate cake
The chocolate cake I made was for home use, I know I am not perfect that's why the colour didn't come out well.
So before baking a chocolate cake there are some recipes we should used and there are ways of doing it which I will like to share with you all.
Recipes required in baking of chocolate cake
250 grams all purpose flour
250 grams of powder milk
250 grams powdered sugar
3 beaten egg
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 sachet of milk
PROCEDURE OF BAKING CHOCOLATE CAKE
- Step1
To prepare this your chocolate cake recipe, what you need to do first is to pre-heat the oven or which other heating form you wish to use. Make sure is not too hot, then grease round the cake pan with baking butter and flour.
Then keep it aside. After that sieve together all your powder ingredients like the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Then Keep the ingredients aside.

This time around you are to mix all your wet Ingredients then mix it with the dry ingredients and keep aside.
Then look for a dry bowl then mix your butter and sugar then beat the ingredients until is fluffy.
Since there was no light for me to use my electric mixer I make use of my turning stick and I make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved and then I add my already bested eggs and make sure it's completely mixed.
After then I mixed all my other ingredients then pour it into my baking pan and allow it to bake for like 40munites
- Final step
By this time you use the tip of the spoon or toothpick by inserting into the center of the cake to see if it was properly bake, if the spoon comes out clean know that the cake is ready to be served.
What special occasions do you usually make or order cakes at home?
There are some special occasion that requires a cake such like marriage, birthday and anniversary celebration. For the case of mine the special cake I usually order is when ever we are celebrating birthday weather is mine or that of my kids. Just for an example the birthday cake of my last child who is going to be 9 years in September, I did a birthday party for him when he was 1 year old that his first birthday party.
The cake was so beautiful and since it was a baby boy birthday I ask my cake designer to make a terry bear cake with a tough of white and green and his name was designed with cups Cake .

Another birthday cake was that of my daughter which I am going to share with you is a pink cake because she was a baby girl, you can see her name is been design with cup cakes.
The last celebration cake that I am going to share is still that of my daughter birthday celebration when she was 8 years old and we through a party for her and she cut a two layers cake which one of it was chocolate cake.
Why do you think cake is so popular compared to other desserts?
Cake is so popular because it is use for celebration, once you see cake know that there is something to celebrate. Even before I do home cake, that day I am filled with joy and happiness. So cake is so popular and the healthy benefits of cake is so rich.
CONCLUSION
