A gift for myself is getting my dream house

I know everyone dream of big things so at times we save for our future and some save so that they can get themselves a gift. For me every of my birthday I do make sure that I get at least 1 gift for myself no matter how small it is, with that I will be so happy. This is a new contest and a very interesting one at that which I will love to participate.

I have been planning to give myself a very good gift and a everlasting one at that, but truly I don't know where to start because the gift is huge and it requires patience for me to be able to accomplish it.
The gift I want to give myself is a living house, I know you all might say I have big eyes, yes I love good things. I am getting older everyday so I need to plan big and get myself the befitting gift.
So getting myself a house will be my best guft.

Getting myself a house will make my life so easier because I will not be paying house rent again, here in Akwa ibom state house rent is so expensive and is as if all the landlord here do have meetings. Just imagine a two bedroom flat and you will be ask to pay 600,000 to 700,000 Naira and this amount they are collecting is just for a year. So I will love to own my own house so that I can save my money for some other purposes and not house rent.

House is an asset and every one dream so I will love to give myself this gift.
Getting my own house I will be able to do anything in my compound without being afraid of the landlord and I will have rest of mine.

Well my gift is quite expensive that's why I said it requires time and patience for me to achieve this gift.
The kind of house I want to gift myself is a duplex, I love climbing the staircase with beautiful rails. It very expressive because price of things are very high and before getting this gift I will love to get the best of it.

The price of this my gift will cost me like 30million naira approximately 200,000 steem
With this amount I will be able to finish the house with good building.

Very well, steemit is life Changer, I don't know if the way I view steemit is the same way others view it, steemit is a very great place to safe for our future so for me it has really helped me to save so that I can get myself the gift I want. Before when I join steemit newly there was only club5050 and it was not compulsory and with that Steemians were not able to save for their future and they were withdrawing everything. But with the club5050, 75 and 100 it has really make sense for me to safe, because with that I know I am working.

My land

Yeah I have given myself a lot of gifts, what I do always do is that every of my birthday I give myself a good gift not really material gift but a gift that worth it. Like my 2021 birthday gift was a plot of land, I bought myself this gift because I plan for it and I start saving for it and since my birthday is always in October I started looking for a plot of land in September and exactly my birthday day I purchased the land as a birthday gift.

Another gift I gave myself was a car, though then my husband was still alive so I save some money from my pocket money that he use to give me and 3 days to my birthday I gave the money to him and ask him to add money and get me a new car as a birthday gift and that was when I was 30 years old, that is 2014 . Though I sold the car when I wanted to buried him in 2020. I am planning getting a new one soon.

It will be my greatest joy if I am able to give myself this beautiful gift, so I will love to invite my friends to join me. @m-fdo, @eliany and @goodybest
