To the back of the line
So, I just got to the airport and as you might imagine I'm standing in line as this is being typed.
For some reason there are a lot of people on my flight which is good, I guess but just not good for me. I was sure it was going to be cake, but here I am standing behind a line that resembles a super hero movie primeire.
Curiously enough I ran into some friends from my childhood and they tried to sneak me in, but my inability to poker face such a move resulted in a shameful walk to the back. In all honesty I don't like when other people do it, so I should walk the talk anyways.
I will be landing 5 am and I'm sure I will be semi destroyed by then. I've never been able to sleep in flight and Spirit, the airline I'm flying with, is known for having uncomfortable chairs. That is part of their business model it seems.
At any rate, next post should be when I'm back in the swamp lands getting ready to sip on some caffeine that I'm sure I will need to restart the brain.

gahhh spirit is the worst. i always have to include the cost of a day sleeping off a migraine and a chiropractic adjustment. rather pay the $50 for a better flight.

@meno just to tell you that I'll see you soon... I've never been able to sleep on a plain, train or car either... I just can't sleep on the move. We will fly to steemfest and the first flight is during the night, then long stop in NL so I'd rather get some sleep before getting myself on the move.
