Thinking about those who sold

in #steemleo5 years ago

It seems like almost once a week I'm getting some free tokens. Free because i'm a Palcoin stake holder, and probably for no other reason. This is precisely why I'm thinking about the short sighted fellows who dumped as soon as they could, and how much they are probably kicking themselves for it.

Some things are our fault

We don't like to admit it, because its easier to complain and to blame others, but there is something to be said about the continuous mistakes we make. When, and I do mean this sincerely, has short term thinking helped anyone build something meaningful? As far as I know, never, or should I say, I've never witnessed such a thing.

Those who dump everything they get, those who constantly sell, who capitulate if you will, are responsible for their situation today and surely tomorrow. Now, I'm not saying it's not right to sell, of course not, all of us have different situations and thus are left with few choices, but those choices have results.

So when I say this, I say it not because I'm upset, but because it's somewhat tiring to see the same people complain about how the whales are evil, how nobody supports them, etc, etc.

I know we should be helping others, and that's not the point, but what are you doing for yourself? that is actually more important.

Compounding growth

Now that I've staked so many tokens on this account, I can see the true potential first hand. That being said, I'm fully aware of other users who are working hard and absolutely killing it, earning all the tokens with tribes out there every single day. They are putting me to shame, but boy is it awesome to see.

Albert said it best... and yes, those who sold are paying it...

Albert is on our side so we are om the right side! <3

You always responsible for your actions, don't complain after!

Could not agree more! Somebody has to put this out there.

Things are just getting started so while many may fail to capture the community they aspire and become worthless, there seems to be enough traction for the early adopters and those that look to participate in the tribes to make it worth the staking in the short term. It will be interesting to see what implications a SMT launch on the protocol would do.

Excellent review @meno and I agree with you, who sells at the very beginning, then loses a thousand times more!

ahaaaaa...so all these tokens that are there all of a sudden are from the palnet staking??

i was wondering already and was ready to make a post about it even

Well, i powered up all my palcoins and steemleo coins although it wasn't much. Compounding!

I'm having fun with this but it is a bit overwhelming lol. I am pretty happy about @reggaesteem because that's a community where I really fit in so I find myself spending a lot of time on my posts there. I have yet to stake my @steem.leo but I'm considering that as well as delegating to their bot. I feel like that token will have the most value in the future. I also am not forgetting about @actifit and their afit token. I have over 11,000 of them worth about $150 but they are in my actifit wallet because I can't figure out how to get them onto steem engine. I figure I have about $200 plus usd in free airdrops. We need to get that message out to the world and it will peak interest in steem.

You give people an equality opportunity and they throw it away lol. Exactly why there is a 95% / 5% split from rich to poor.

Some just seem to expect everyone else to give to them without doing anything to help themselves along.
