My 2018: A Tour around my town: Merida, Venezuela

Hello everyone, I found this fun contest where I want to participate, but when I found myself so far from my hometown, I decided to show them my favorite city, all my vacations are in this place, full of magic, nature and cold...

Merida is beautiful and full of beautiful mountains, relaxing landscapes, with a greenery marked by the cold mountain climate.

My favorite place in this city is the Sierra Nevada National Park, its landscapes make me return every year.

The typical food is the Andean harvest, wheat cakes, arepas as well as wheat, trout.

Merida is called the city of knights, it is inhabited by friendly, helpful and gentle people, favorable potential for visitors, as they will take a pleasant souvenir

By land I arrive at Paramo, another excellent option that cannot be missed in its route, because of its mountainous character, its cultural heritage, the type of climate and its great biodiversity, the paramera ecoregion is particularly suitable for adventure tourism, agrotourism and active tourism.

Merida tends to be a city of customs, traditions and much colorful.

Mérida has a Metropolitan Cathedral, full of history, was built near the Plaza Bolivar, places that we can't miss visiting when we arrive in the city.

In Merida is the Coromoto Ice Cream parlor, double Guinness record winner for being the ice cream parlor with more flavors of the world, ice creams with traditional flavors to the most exotic, such as auyama, caraotas and endless flavors that crave your curiosity.
