WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY

Hey Peps,

In my last post i've mention that im not the person as who i am now which means related to my weight loss journey. Well in the beginning for new chapter i had my up's and down's. my attitude keep changing and to be honest i think new life has taught me that im much stronger than before and i've learnt that in the order to change to new level, you need to understand in word of "CHANGING".

  1. Change to be a better person ( in and out)
  2. Your personalities
  3. Your mind
  4. Mood changing
  5. Attitude.

All these thing cannot be change in short period but you really have to fight for it in order to help yourself as to be new person ( reborn again ). lets continue with my weight loss tips

  1. First thing, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST!! People skip breakfast thinking they're cutting calories, but by mid-morning and lunch, that person is starved," says Milton Stokes, RD, MPH, chief dietitian for St. Barnabas Hospital in New York City. "Breakfast skippers replace calories during the day with mindless nibbling, bingeing at lunch and dinner. They set themselves up for failure.
  2. DRINK WATER AT LEAST 3 LITER PER DAY - Drinking water can boost metabolism by 24-30% over a period of 1-1.5 hours, helping you burn off a few more calories. One study showed that drinking a half liter (17 oz) of water about a half an hour before meals helped dieters eat fewer calories and lose 44% more weight.
    3)Eat Less Refined Carbs - Refined carbohydrates are usually sugar, or grains that have been stripped of their fibrous, nutritious parts (includes white bread and pasta).
  3. DO EXERCISING AS MUCH AS CARDIO, JOGGING, FAST WALKING AT LEAST 40 MINUTES PER DAY
  4. EATING IN THE SMALL PORTION BUT EAT REGULARLY

Item 5 is definitely what I am not getting nowadays haha....

It is good that you have such great improvement from overly lost weight to now a healthier outlook.

probably you can add item 6, take supplements!

Because I realised when your body is pumped with nutrients, you generally crave less food, because your body got what it needs.

So a good combination of small healthy snacks and supplements will get any body back in great healthy figure and active lifestyle in no time!
