When I was younger I used to enjoy surfing and being so close to the coast we always found excuses to hit the waves.
Which is why when a friend of mine shared this image with me it brought back childhood memories.
He still surfs sadly I gave up a few years back, I just haven't had the time.
Body boarding is another great pass time and they both give you a massive rush!

I gave up when I was 18, bodyboarding shark island. I started surfing 1 year ago everyday, 34 years old :) It does bring back your childhood and of course that rush. Just hard to find the time at first, but I built a routine where I get up early or go after work for 1 hour. Hopefully you can find the time soon enough :)
