Ebiten Soba is a Japanese food from one of the oldest 24/7 soba restaurant in Japan - Nadai Fujisoba. Its a combination of Soba noodles, prawn tempura, onion leeks and wakame sea weeds.

So I learned, that there are different types of Japanese noodles such as ramen, soba and udon. Which I didn't have any idea before because I'm only familiar with Lucky Me noodles. Haha

I'm a lover of Italian or Mexican food, but I'm kinda starting to fall inlove with Japanese food as well. In fact I'm craving for ramen right now. Japanese noodles are something to die for. 😭

Since I don't have much ideas with food or how they are cooked or prepared, I'm promising to make a little research on the photo I'm posting for my #dailyfoodphotography.
