Wednesday Full Body Workout + Manoushe Breakfast :)

Good morning steemians!
Another delightful sunny spring Wednesday today - even though we've had some thunderstorms yesterday afternoon, but hey it's pretty normal for spring I guess - and we've been running a couple of series in parallel now, one that's related to boxing, and another to hip hop workouts. Let's take a midweek rest from both and do something different..not necessarily easier at all lol..

The Workout

So I felt I wasn't getting enough full body workout recently, and I miss those pushups, planks, extensive squats and abs, and I started digging for something new that has all of those components.
I did luckily stumble upon a 20 min full body workout by a certain Pamela Rf that is 2 days old, and me being me I like fresh workouts, it looked promising so why not try it out?
And I did! and I'm having a bit of a difficulty typing those words as my body is still shaking after this session lol
I have to tell you, the first 6 mins of this workout had absolutely no pause, back to back moves, and then after 1 min pause, another round of those pause-less 6 mins, and the same for the Finale
The trainer does not talk at all during the workout, but you can easily manage to follow the moves, yet the killer part is while you are sweating and dying, she appears to have absolutely no sign of being tired, which kinda drives me to think she's a cyborg or a host (yea i've been watching season 2 of West World now ... don't know what's that? shoot go check it out here and now, or the probably more natural answer, she's just doing this on a daily basis and got so used to it, or did she? 😏
Oh, and I did learn a new move in this workout, called reverse plank, I've never knew such a thing exists !
So to cut a long story short, here it goes..

The Breakfast

So today's breakfast was quick and short, and yes it involved a manoushe منقوشة
Don't know what a manoushe is? you haven't been following me much yet! It's basically an amazing Lebanese food that is a specially made piece of bread placed in an oven, and that contains either cheese, or thym. Mine had thym for today.
Don't eat too many of those, pretty carb loaded.
Oh and to go along with it, had a small yoghurt filled sandwich :)

Manoushe kinda reminds me alot of Dosa... which i love both as well. I used to also workout almost every other day and was very active until I stopped. And never got back. It's probably how I can relate to your feelings

I miss those @mcfarhat but it's usually the first step that is the toughest and the rest will eventually get better from there. Nowadays I run lesser and try to swim as more often as I should ... perhaps weight lifting as well since I try to incorporate the workout regime that I like best so I won't get bored easily.

oh no don't stop and never go back, it's just terrible, been that done that.
You gotta stay active, it pays off emotionally, physically and health wise, but hey i'm sure you already know that ;)

So true - great point about the emotional involvement! It's not always talked about but is so important!! :)
