Boxing Monday 👊 Round 5 + Daddy's Breakfast :)

Good morning steemians!

As we start another Monday, another week, we look for some more positive energy to keep us going all through. For me, and I hope for many among you, working out is a great source of such energy.
Ready to see what we have as a workout today? [... and breakfast too :) ]

The Workout ?

Today's session will probably not come as a surprise to my followers as we've been going through a series of boxing workouts by non-other than Nate Bower Fitness.
Today marks round 5 of those workouts, and its a pretty enthusiastic session, that includes for the first time some heavy leg workout as well.
Lots of punching combos, variations, and a pretty intense shadow boxing and all within a 15 min time frame. You can manage to get those done before you start your work day (like I do), or just have them pass through the day, or later in the evening. I love it!
Nate Bower's sessions are improving as we go through each of them, and they're perfectly manageable for beginners and experienced alike.
Wanna give it a shot? get ready for Round 5..

The Breakfast

Today we had another one of those "daddy's" breakfast, as my baby girl decided her yoghurt+mint filled sandwich will actually be daddy's breakfast instead. So yes I had that as a part of my breakfast (you can see the sandwich at the top), and I added to it a couple of tasty toast pieces with also some yoghurt and chia seeds

And you gotta sweeten it up with some peanut butter sandwich. Just plain simple, no add-ons whatsoever

Oh a quick update, while having breakfast, my baby girl decided she licked the yoghurt off her toast piece, and she doesn't want that piece anymore. More daddy food. YAY :D
