Receta Fácil De Plátano Dulce / Candy Plantain Easy Recipe

Esta es una receta muy sencilla de preparar, pero no por sencilla deja de ser sabrosa, es ideal para matar las ganas de comer algo dulce en cualquier momento, bueno siempre y cuando tengas los ingredientes a la mano.

Ingredientes / Ingredients:
- 2 Very ripe plantains.
- 1 Spoonful of butter.
- 1 Spoonful of oil.
- 4 Spoonful of Sugar.
- 3 Cinnamon sticks.
- 6 Cloves.
- 1/2 Cup of water.
- 2 Plátanos machos bien maduros.
- 1 Cucharada de mantequilla.
- 1 Cucharada de Aceite.
- 4 Cucharadas de azúcar.
- 3 Palitos de canela.
- 6 Clavos de olor.
- 1/2 Taza de agua.
Preparación / How to make:
Pelar y cortar los plátanos en trozos grandes, después derretir la mantequilla con el aceite y freír los plátanos junto a los demás ingredientes, excepto el agua. Cuando los plátanos estén dorados agregamos el agua, tapamos y dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos.
Peel and cut the bananas into large pieces, then melt the butter with the oil and fry the bananas together with the other ingredients, except the water. When the bananas are golden brown, add the water, cover and leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Los puedes dejar enfriar o disfrutarlos calientes.
You can let them cool down or enjoy them hot.
