Redang Island 2!

Redang had a very different vibe and feel when I arrived. I immediately realised that the island had been designed to suit travellers seeking a resort style holiday. Perhentian Island felt very much like a getaway on a tropical island while Redang had an air of luxury about it. The island has a number of beaches with the biggest stretch being situated on the eastern side.

Arriving at the island, I had booked a villa style accommodation to give me lots of space for enjoyment and leisure and I privacy I needed to recharge my batteries after a few days of diving and learning. I was astounded at how amazing the accommodation given to me was, the décor was amazingly wooden and straw based. Light themes throughout and a towering structure with plenty of sunlight coming through the glass facades. The icing on the cake would come in the way of a giant pool right outside to enjoy privately for my stay. Redang had started off perfectly and I was looking forward to my time here for next few days.
