THE DIARY GAME(02/11/2025)MY SUNDAY HIGHLIGHTS
Greetings to you all, my ever supportive Steemians. I'm pretty sure we're all in good health and sound mind. I'll be sharing with you a few recaps on how my day went. Don't hang up on me.
MORNING
I started my day early to prepare for Sunday service. It's the first Sunday of the month of November, so we normally have our Communion Service. I dressed up, putting on my white gown as the color of the day, and I headed to church to fellowship with other members too. Church service began, and I was the lead chorus singer today. It was time for the sermon, and the message topic was "Reformed in Christ." It was such a reflective message, and prayers were rendered afterwards to ask God for grace to renew our minds and enable us to remember who we are in Christ. The congregation stood, and everyone poured out their hearts in supplications to God. I took some pictures of me after the service too.
AFTERNOON
The weather didn't just give a sign as if there would be any rainfall. And so after the service the rain poured heavily, and so the choir decided to hold their rehearsals. We practiced new songs for the upcoming burial of our late church member and also for our special praise concert that's about to be held in a few weeks' time. It's turned out to be a wonderful rehearsal session, as everyone was in one mindset.
EVENING
We were done with the rehearsals, and so the rain had also reduced, and everyone went back home to their various homes. I didn't go back home straight; I followed one of our members home, who is a hairdresser, to weave my hair. She told me I had dandruff and recommended I use Ginger and Comfy for treatment. After I was done, I stopped by at my pastor's house and I was served a yummy dinner there. After I was all done for the days movement I got to my house, tidied my room, had a bath and replied to some messages and calls I missed during the day before having my sleep time.
