Salad "Perfect": photo and recipe
Why perfect? Judge for yourself:
- products available
- the cost price is low
- prepares quickly and easily
- is a real vitamin bomb
- suitable for absolutely everyone: slimming, vegetarians, raw food, sick and healthy, children and adults
Recipe:
- beets
- carrot
- celery (stalks, but it seems to me that the root celery is also good for this salad)
- greens: dill, parsley. A lot of!
- garlic
- juice of half a lemon
- vegetable oil
Cut the vegetables as you like. For filling, mix the vegetable oil and lemon juice. If you want, you can add salt and pepper, but, in my opinion, this is superfluous - the salad has a bright and pleasant taste! With problems with the intestines and the digestive tract, beets and carrots can be boiled.
