Domes of the Assumption Cathedral
The Assumption Cathedral is located on the territory of the Moscow Kremlin in Russia.In its current form it was built in 1475-79 by order of the Moscow Grand Prince Ivan III by the architect Aristotle Fioravanti. From 1547 to 1896 it is where the Coronation of the Russian monarchs was held. In addition, it is the burial place for most of the Moscow Metropolitans and Patriarchs of the Russian Orthodox
