A world full of colors =/= Eine Welt voller Farben 👹🍣🎎 Wonderful Japan ENG-GER

Things have become a bit more colorful again. Now after the early end of the rainy season this year, by the beginning of July it is already mid-summer here in Japan. A few weeks too early but since we can not change that, we just have to make the best of it. And that's why this month too, we're getting out of the house and out of the city. The beach is my favorite destination, but we also went to the mountains and did some hiking. As in past years, at this time of year we have a very special spot in mind, a place where we won't be alone at all.

It is Ajisai-time here in our region. In many places the hydrangeas are blooming now and even in the forest you can find these wonderful flowers. On one of the coastal mountains, several decades ago, busy hands have created a small park with hydrangeas, which has survived to the present day. Supposedly not quite as large and lush as it used to be, but still impressive and worth a hike.

In the green of the trees, the hydrangeas are even more luminous and the still numerous bushes are really eye-catching. The sweaty climb had been worth it in any case and was actually still fun. Exercise is always good and since at the top we were welcomed so nicely and colorfully, there was actually no reason to be in a bad mood. On the contrary, the short time out in nature was as stimulating as ever and a welcome distraction.

Let's see where we will go soon. I am already quite curious...

DEUTSCH

Es ist wieder etwas bunter geworden. Jetzt nach dem frühen Ende der Regenzeit in diesem Jahr ist nun bereits Anfang Juli Hochsommer hier in Japan. Einige Wochen zu früh aber da wir daran nun einmal nichts ändern können, müssen wir halt das Beste daraus machen. Und deshalb geht es auch in diesem Monat raus aus dem Haus und raus aus der Stadt. Der Strand ist zwar mein Lieblingsziel, aber wir haben dann auch noch einmal die Berge angesteuert und sind ein wenig wandern gegangen. Wie in den letzten Jahren haben wir in dieser Jahreszeit ein ganz besonderes Ziel im Auge, einen Ort, an dem wir auch nicht allein sein werden.

Es ist Ajisai-Zeit hier bei uns in der Region. An vielen Orten blühen nun die Hortensien und sogar im Wald kann man diese wondervollen Blumen finden. Auf einem der recht küstennahen Berge haben fleißge Hände vor einigen Jahrzehnten einen kleinen Park mit Hortensien angelegt, der bis in die heutige Zeit überlebt hat. Angeblich nicht mehr ganz so groß und üppig, wie er einmal gewesen sein soll, aber immer noch beeindruckend und eine Wanderung wert.

Im Grün der Bäume lechten die Hortensie noch viel mehr und die immer noch zahlreichen Büsche sind wirklich ein Hingucker. Der schweißtreibende Aufstieg hatte sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt und hat eigentlich auch noch Spaß gemacht. Bewegung ist immer gut und da wir oben so nett und bunt empfangen wurden, gab es doch eigentlich gar keinen Grund, um schlechte Laune zu haben. Ganz im Gegenteil, die kurze Auszeit in der Natur war wie immer stimulierend und eine willkommende Ablenkung.

Mal schauen, wo es und demnächst hinziehen wird. Ich bin schon ganz gespannt...
