How to earn in steem (for newbies) (UPD. 07/20/16)

Hello guys. I want to tell you about earning system in steemit.

1. Posting 

You make post( better unique and interesting) and wait for people, who will upvote it. You earn money when people with big SteemPower upvote you post.

From the final payment:75% to you, 25% to people, who upvoted this post.

2. Curation

You must upvote and comment posts(which you like) and after 24h you will receive your money. If you upvoted as the first,second or third, you will get even more money.

Try to make 10-20 upvotes per 24h, BOT NOT MORE!!!!

3. Payments

After 24h you receive your 75%=50% to SteemDollars, 50% to SteemPower.

QUESTION, WHICH WORRIES EVERYONE HERE:HOW POSTS RECEIVE A LOT OF MONEY?

People have SteemPower - its you karma. If you have big karma, posts which you upvoted will earn money. If you see 100$ at the post and see 20 likes( example) this people have powerful karma.
