For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. [NIV 1 Timothy 6:10]
The is a written word of God in the scriptures that I received from Golden Censer Smart Contract as I interacted with it today while praying for steemChurch members.
Irrespective of the overwhelming witnesses and evidence to the contrary, many people still have this notion that money brings joy, rich folks longing for a greater richness can be caught in the web of endless and a looping circles that only ends in ruin and shipwreck of faith.
How can one escape the love of material riches and money?
Listen to Apostle Paul and what he has to say:
• Realize that one day, life will be no more and riches will be gone.
• Contentment is another great help to overcoming greed and covetousness.
• Examine those things that you’re engaged in making money.
• Love God and humanity more instead of money.
• Be ready to share your substance with others especially those that doesn’t have to repay you.
