When The Snow Sticks Perfectly
I love it when it snows a ton and the snow lays on things like fences or objects outside making a beautiful design. We only get one good snow a year typically. Sometimes we get two but only if we're lucky. It's always neat when we do get a big snow and it's cold enough it sticks to objects around the yard. I love the look of a fence with snow stuck perfectly to the lines of wire.

Same fence but further away
The fence above is from earlier in the summer when I had to put up fencing around my container garden to protect my corn from raccoons. I took it down and piled everything on the patio. It was really neat to see how the snow stuck perfectly to the fence wires.
Our yard fence
The fence above is to the back yard. We chose to get a pretty black fence instead of gray metal. It looks so pretty in the snow with the black and white contrasting.
Basketball Anyone?
I hoped my husband wouldn't knock the basketball net because the snow stuck so nicely to it.
No more bike riding
Sticking to the tree branches
My favorite snow conditions are when snow sticks to tree branches that entire trees are just outlined in white snow. It makes for a beautiful walk through the yard and the woods behind our house. Everything looks so magical in the snow. It's truly a winter wonderland when snow sticks so perfectly.

I am really missing the snow as we have only had a dusting so far this year. We are headed over to Eastern Washington next weekend, and will definitely get some snow time in there. Enjoy it and thanks for sharing. :)
Funny you are getting more than us!
I love the snow and its beauty, but would not want to "live" in it again, unless I could just totally hibernate for the winter and only go outside to enjoy the beauty and to play... :D
