Ingredients per 1 serving

• 100 g of turkey breast;
• ½ pepper;
• 100 g dried tomatoes;
• 100 g cabbage;
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
• ½ small cucumber or ¼ large;
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce;

Preparation

Cut the pepper, cabbage, tomatoes and cucumber with straws, fry in butter, place on a separate plate. Cut the turkey into small pieces and fry in the same pan. At the same time, prepare the feces as indicated on the package. Usually it just needs to be poured with boiling water and wait.

When the turkey is ready, add vegetables and soy sauce to it. If the sauce is too salty, dilute it with water and measure the tablespoon already from the solution. Fast stirring, fry the mixture on high heat for a minute.
