Ingredients:
- Olive oil 7 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Basil 1 beam
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pine nuts 40 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese 50g
Preparation:
Wash the basil leaves and allow them to dry well.
Put a clove of garlic (previously peeled and cut in half) into the blender and pine nuts, add a little salt and pour in the olive oil. Grind until mashed.
Add cheese, salt and oil as desired.
