Running in the forest.

I like to run in the green forest (park). For health it is very useful. And if someone watches a figure, then this is a good way to keep yourself in great shape. I wish everyone good health!

This time I'm going to run, although we have winter. The weather is excellent, the snow melts outside + 5. This is not the New Year's weather, but suitable for sports!
