PARA HABLAR HAY QUE PENSAR...

Hace algún tiempo escribí sobre lo bueno que seria tener un filtro en la boca que nos permitierá frenar lo que no debemos decir y dejara salir solo lo correcto.
Paseando por Pinterest encontre esta imagen y me parecio adecuada para un nuevo articulo de reflexion y motivacion:
Se trata de los tres filtros de la fabula de Socrates, donde se plantea las tres cosas en las que debemos pensar antes de hablar
Lo primero en lo que debemos reflexionar es en si lo que vamos a desir es VERDAD: ¿Estamos completamente seguros de que lo que vamos a decir es cierto?, si no lo estamos, ya es el primer aviso.
El siguiente filtro es la BONDAD: al hablar es importante que seamos bondadosos, procurar que las palabras que salen de nuestra boca sean buenas. si lo que vamos a decir no es bueno, lo mejor es no decirlo.
Por ultimo y muy importante es la UTILIDAD: tomarse un momento para pensar si es necesario decir lo que queremos decir, si le sera util o beneficiara a quien se lo diremos.
Ahora bien, no solo se trata del efecto que tienen nuestras palabras en quienes nos escuchan, eso es muy importante por supuesto, pero tambien se trata de que lo que sale de nuestra boca demuestra lo que hay en nuestro interior, deja ver quienes somos en realidad, y afecta la opinion que tienen los demas de nosotros.
Y aqui muchos diran:
No me importa lo que piensen los demas...
Pues si te importará cuando las demas personas no te quieran escuchar, cuando no tomen en serio tus palabras, y cuando tu reputacion se vea dañada.
Asi que ya vemos lo importante que aplicar los tres filtros al hablar...
