Water, what is it good for?
💦Water still has its place, & it is more of a necessity for those who eat dehydrating/dead /starchy foods... water is a solvent... great for moving waste along... without water, many individuals would be worse off health wise than they already are... we need water to compensate for our poor diets...I see water as an antidote... once one returns to a natural diet of hydrating foods, (fruits/greens/veggies) & limits or eliminates the dehydrating foods (salts/starches/high proteins) water will no longer be such a necessity...we devolved into requiring copious amounts of water to counteract our damaging diets & to help move the waste along 🍒 eating fruits as your first meal daily, will do more for your overall hydration levels, than drinking 8 glasses of water daily... fruit up!!
