MAQUE GOES TO CEBU

Helloooooooooooooo SteemitWorld! Hi Friends!

Here in our country, we are currently having a long weekend. We have got a holiday and it falls on a Friday! Yayyyyyyyyy! No work no school.. 😃

So we decided to go on a very quick travel. And we want Kuya Maque to come with us. Boy! Was he ever excited! He couldn't even sleep it off the night before.

We are going to CEBU!

We are very fortunate that my workplace is very accessible to boat rides. And one of which is Cebu. It is one of the largest and busiest City in the country. Travelling by big boats actually will took five (5) hours before reaching Cebu but if you to take the fast craft which is more faster like it has only 3 hours travel time. However, it is not available in our area.

That is the boat that will take us to Cebu! This is not his first time travelling to Cebu but the last time was more like 3-4 years ago. And he was just a baby that time. Now that he had grown up a little (just a little, he is till my baby... 😂) he will have to enjoy the trip even more.

During the trip, he would always ask ARE WE THERE YET? like every 30 minutes!!!!... Really??? All I could imagine every time he asks is Donkey from the movie Shrek 2.. that same question is the most annoying question Shrek and Fiona had to endure with donkey during their trip to Far Far Away Land.. 😂🤣.. my apologies, I am such Shrek Fanatic!

Maybe he is just really really excited to see Cebu again! He knows he has been there when he was little though some memories were blurry.

Im glad that this child of mine has inherited my being Miss Congeniality hahahahaha or my being too noisy 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂... He always find new friends no matter where we are and no matter what age. He likes talking to other kids, sometimes he would play with them too. Sorry the friend does not want to be included in the picture, he would always cover his face every time I took my phone out. Okay kiddo relax, i respect your privacy, now go play!

The first thing we did when we reached Cebu was take our snack at McDonalds! What is it with McDonalds and kids??? Oh well, they do have Happy Meal that makes all these kids act up like crazy. Right?? Or am i the Crazy Momma who keep asking his child where he wants to eat when at the back of my head I already know what he will say. Or am I hoping he would say something else? Hahahaha weird motherhood genes!

Moms why do this room has less channels than at home?

You are not meant to watch TV while we are here.

But I like it here, its very cold and I like it a lot.

We cannot afford the aircon dear.

Why not? Ill ask Tatay we should buy one we need it.

We dont have money for that.

We have money, you just bought two shoes and I only need one aircon.

Right after we had settled our hotel room, we went to the mall. The Christmas spirit is sooooo alive! It is DECEMBER already!!! Only 23 days before Christmas? Aren't we all excited for it? Is the bestest time of the year! We all celebrate it together. And I cant wait to celebrate it with you guys. My very first Steemit Christmas! Cooooooool!

Christmas carols are being played all over and the decorations had been magically set up beautifully. We wouldn't miss one view and not take a picture. We had thought there will be a Santa lurking somewhere but there was none. Maybe Santa is yet too busy for a public appearance this early.

While walking around, we saw TED! He was soooooooo huge and fluppy. Maque instantly hugged him. Moms can we take him home, im sure Litlle Mãli would love to have him.. and I was teary-eyed a little for we left Mãli at home. We couldn't just bring him at this time.

We took Kuya Maque at our favorite Buffet Restaurant at lunch time, the Vikings. I have been craving for this for months alreadt. Finally, my cravings will be satisfied... woooohoooo.. And the story will be shared in my next post, I will make a review on it.

So bye for now! Gotta focus on eating.. hahahaha 😂🤣
