Assalamualaikum Steem Family how are you all? I am fine by the grace of Allah Almighty may Allah bless us all with health and wellness Aameen.
Today I am going to write about nowadays a common problem of women FEMALE INFERTILITY this is an awareness post in this post I am telling you about its cause and its solutions. Some conditions I experience by myself so I know the solutions and methods very well. After some treatments now I am a mother of two Alhamdulilah so I want to share this with you all.

What Is Infertility;

You can't conceive naturally if you're infertile. Infertility can take two forms. Couples who have been intimate for at least one year and have not gotten pregnant without using birth control techniques are said to have primary infertility. Couples who have been able to conceive at least once but are now unable to do so are said to have secondary infertility.

Causes and Effects

It could be because of issues with either the female or male or both. Fertilized eggs and embryos die after they connect to the uterine lining (uterus). The fertilized egg is not able to pass through the uterine lining. The eggs are unable to reach the womb from the ovaries. Producing eggs is difficult for the ovaries

Causes Of Female Infertility:

• Antiphospholipid syndrome, for example, is an autoimmune illness (APS)
• Birth abnormalities affecting the female reproductive system
• Tumor or cancer
• Clotting problems,
• Diabetes,
• Too much alcohol consumption,
• Exercising excessively,
• Poor nutrition or eating disorders
• Fibroids and polyps in the uterus and cervix are examples of growths.
• Chemotherapy and other medications
• Unbalanced hormones,
• Obesity or being underweight
• Getting older,
• The most frequent condition nowadays is ovarian cysts and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
• Pelvic infection leading to fallopian tube scarring or edema (hydrosalpinx) or pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)
• Endometriosis, surgery, or sexually transmitted illness scarring
• Smoking, Tubal ligation surgery to prevent pregnancy or tubal ligation reversal failure (reanastomosis)
• Thyroid problems

Each month, solid couples under the age of 30 have a 20% chance of becoming pregnant. In her early twenties, a woman's wealth peaks. A woman's chances of becoming pregnant drop dramatically beyond the age of 35. (This is especially true beyond the age of 40.) Women's wealth begins to wane after a certain age. The rates of fruitlessness and unsuccessful labor soar after the age of 35. There are now possible outcomes for early egg recovery and capacity for women in their twenties. It is easier to have a healthy pregnancy if childbearing is delayed until after the age of 35. This may be the more expensive option. Women who are aware that they will be unable to conceive children.

*Progesterone and follicle stimulating hormone levels are checked in blood testing (FSH)

• Ovulation detection kits for urine are available at home.
• Every morning, check your body temperature to discover if your ovaries are producing eggs.
• Challenge test for FSH and Clomid

• Hysterosalpingography is a procedure that involves the examination of the uterus and (HSG)
• Ultrasound of the genital region
• Laparoscopy
• Thyroid function tests are performed to determine how well your thyroid gland is working.

After these tests Dr will prescribe you a medication for treatment commonly Dr prescribe you Letrozole or femara or thyroid medicine now listen my small tip about medicines and check up.
If you have thyroid issue first you should control it and If you have diabetes issues you should also take medicines according to Dr prescription it is necessary to normal these two when you are on treatment of infertility.
Other medicines of follicles growth and to increase harmones will be prescribe According to your health condition.

If Dr prescribe you a medication which is usually we use from day two of our periods, you must take it for 5 days regularly after Medicine dr will tell you to wait for miracles in Pakistan I know very well dr don't tell you about follow up check ups of these medication effectiveness you should go for an altrasoud on day 11 of your periods (this is Japanese drs way of treatment) they call you on day 11 & 13 to see your progress if medicine effect is successful they give you 50000 & 100000 HCG trigger shot according to your condition ( The basic trigger shot contains the same thing, whether it's called Ovidrel, Novarel, or Pregnyl (hCG). The "pregnancy hormone" is what hCG is known as. When used as a trigger shot, however, hCG acts more like the pituitary gland's luteinizing hormone (LH). LH is secreted just before ovulation and is in charge of preparing the eggs to mature and then burst out of) and will give you a intimate timing ( Called timed IC) this is 80% effective method for secondary infertility ( can be treated with medications) if you will follow my tip I give you about ultrasound you will definitely able to conceive inshaa Allah, beacuse in Pakistan no average Dr nor high profile dr will tell you this, it is a small tip and is a life saver.
