PUT YOUR HEART INTO IT
Before I went into my own business full time in 2012, I had a quite interesting short-term job.
I was employed in a large bakery, in the packaging department. I had to be there every evening at 7pm with a few colleagues to package everything produced during the day and work till the following morning. That's when my shift was done.
I did it for 7 months straight. It was far from being a fun job. I was tired in the morning. Packaging those bakery products was exhausting and my supervisor just simply sucked.
However, I put my heart into it and tried to do the best job I could every single day. I was there on time. I made sure that everything was ready and neat before the distributors arrived.
I smiled and was helpful.
Every day after work, I would go home, proud of myself and even happy.
I share this story because sometimes I hear people saying that they hate their job because they have not found their "passion".
It's called "WORK" for a reason.
There is no job that will make you happy. You bring joy to the job.
I don't say that you shouldn't look for a career that suits you or best uses your talent.
But postponing happiness while you look for your dream career is a little bit ridiculous.
Just put your heart into it...
Have an amazing day!
Congratulations!
