Are you pretending or being HAPPY?

What dilemma is not it? They have noticed that from childhood we began to hide our emotions, many times the parents, the teachers, the family; they force us not to see them so they are positive or not. Remember how many times we wanted to express our feelings and in doing so we received scoldings: those moments of joy when we were in an alien house, when we wanted to cry for something that hurt us and we had to pretend, in a set of situations where letting our feelings come out was not the right option.

Described above, brings as a consequence that, those feelings of discomfort, pain, demotivation, discourage the "keep" sooo deep in our hearts and when a newspaper we ask how are you? How do you feel? We usually respond that "very well" or even "happy", "better impossible" that says something that is inside of us, we do not feel.

Unfortunately, we live in a society that forces us to appear or pretend that we are happy and that we are satisfied with what we show facets and attitudes that are not congruent with our inner state, just look at the different social networks, the number of people who document their lives through photos and who go beyond their day for happy happiness, but what is worse, they are behind the computer, sniffing those lives, "happy" and comparing them with the things that come to fall in envy and in a state of mind where everything comes together to highlight our unhappiness.

The objective of every person is to be fully happy, consequently, we have to have happiness is not the absence of problematic or sad situations, no! Happiness is a personal decision, happiness is what we like the most. We are ourselves before others, it is worthless to be happy so that the other person will be happy. Your happiness is in you and you deserve to be happy.
