You know, @ocrdu? I'm so upset. I made a terrible mistake. I'll admit it. But it was in my ignorance. I'm in one of the chats on the shell posted a link to this post. I Got a dirty insults, hostility and rudeness, and eventually these flags. I deleted my link, I apologized. I expected at least some hint about what are the conditions for finding them, but instead only mud. I was just in shock . I've never been a spammer, and now this... I feel terrible. as if all the crap was dumped on me. It is not in these cents, and the case in relation and interaction of people at Steemit. I'm disappointed.

Yes, I was harsh at first. You know how many times I see this shit, and it wasn't in #general at the spam plagued steemit.chat, it was in the slavic discord #russia chatroom, I would have thought better of people in there than this.
I am going to pull the flag now, because I think you get the message. Self promotion is not acceptable where it is not specifically stated it is permitted. I am sorry if you felt bad over this but I don't want you to think that it was just me who feels this way. Promoting yourself is spam, because obviously, you will earn something if people vote on it. Spamming should get the opposite, which is what I did.
I am the first days was a follower of Pavlov. But only yesterday I decided to go to the channel that he indicated in the profile. If you have ever seen #general in steemit.chat, or for that matter, looked around at slavchat, you'd see that too many people, even in such a small group, think it's ok.
Yes, it makes me sick how distorted Steemit is. It's not so much that its ruleset does not limit bad behaviour, it is also thte premined accounts, and these preminer guys, seriously, they are like, 23 year old jerks who live in their basement trolling all day long, and these guys influence rewards incredibly, as well as altering user behaviour with their bogus reward and punishment bullying behaviour.

I hope that I have not in this action harmed the prospects of this project, I take it very hard that I made such an error in flagging your post.
It is terrible that there is so much spamming of steem post links in chatrooms in general. I apologise also for being so harsh but most of those who do it, just really think they can get away with it.
I hate it that this platform seems to attract so much of this kind of vicious, greedy, obnoxious behaviour. Clearly you were innocent of this, but all the spammers play at being apologetic; and it was a trivial place, with nobody around to even see it, it was just bad luck that I saw it.
I have left that chat because I don't want to bump into this again and be provoked to waste my vote power this way, for what it's worth. Even if I am here in bulgaria, and I have friends in there from this very city. I am still on discord so they can always find me anyway.

That was me. I have been in the habit of flagging when I see people dump their self promotion in inappropriate places. It was in #russia in the slavchat discord. I am pulling the flag off now @ocrdu, but you see what I mean about it being a valid reason to flag.
It's funny because I was just about to ask you something... that's how I found this thread.
I don't know about the rules in the various fora surrounding Steemit, as I never go there, but I can understand it is a valid reason for flagging. Still, she is one of the nice ones, and not evil, so I appreciate your removing the flags.
