Parecchi passi in meno oggi rispetto a ieri, ho stoppato in anticipo l'attività lavorativa, poco più della metà dei passi, comunque sufficienti per toccare i 10.000 passi, poco più di 3 km di camminata, qualche tratto di corsa, sono contento di non mollare
