In Elliott Wave terms, CYBER began a red wave one advance on August 15. The red wave one peaked on August 15 and the red wave two (blue sub-waves a-b-c) correction ended on August 17. If this wave count is correct, CYBER should be heading next towards the August 15 peak in the red wave three.
