"My Own Recipe Of Assorted Fried Rice"
Greetings everyone!
Welcome to my blog, today I'm sharing one of my favorite recipe in that is fried rice I'm using chicken for this recipe you can also use beef, fish or turkey if you prefer, also the ingredients I'm going to be listening it's for a fried rice that could contain up to 10 people so in case you want to make yours is that a you can increase if you want it more or reduced some of the ingredient.
Ingredients
• 10 cups Rice
• 1 litter of kings oil
• 50 grams of green beans
• chicken
• 100 grams of carrots
• 3 sachets of Ama wonda fried rice spice
• 2 sachets of lassor chicken
• 4 medium balls of onions
• seasoning cubes
• fresh pepper
• salt
•Ginger
• Garlic
I started by seasoning the chicken with some ginger, garlic, chicken seasoning, seasoning cubes, onions, fresh pepper and salt, I covered and allowed it steam on low heat for about 10 minutes, after 10 minutes I added some water covered and allow it cook for 15 minutes more
Then I seaved out the stock from the cooked chicken.
Now in a pan of hot oil I added two big sized cut onions and poured in the previously cooked chicken fried till golden brown (you can also air fry this is you like)
I transferred some oil into a smaller pan then fried my vegetables I started off with the hard vegetable which is the carrot fried for 2 minutes then I added the green beans and fried for 5 minutes.
In a pan I added another oil heat it up I had some bite size chicken seasoned with garlic powder, ginger, chicken seasoning and salt fried this together with the chicken livers till brown.
Now in a larger pot I added oil friend some onion then poured in my already parboiled rice fried for 5 minutes then I poured in the chicken stock added the fried rice seasoning then allowed it steam for 15 minutes until all the stock is absorbed by the rice.
After the rice had absorbed all the stock I fluff the rice and allow it relieve some steam then I poured in my fried vegetables and the fried bite size meat i earlier fried give this a good mixed and my fried rice was ready.

Oh yes it accepts any kinds of nutritious vegetables some people includes chop cabbage but it can only taste good just for that day of preparation, vegetables like green, red and yellow bell peppers also is a good vegetables to include if you love to.
You said you love to add something smoke too, I think I have see a fried rice recipe with smoked fish some were it looked delicious though but I don't know about the recipe incase you do please tag me anytime you share your recipe I will really love to try something new.
