Vegan Green Thai Curry (ENG/ PT/ DE)

green Thai Curry
Anyone who thinks that Thai curry with tofu or vegetables is also quite logically vegan is mistaken.
In the curry creams, which you can buy in the asia stores or supermarkets is mostly shrimp sauce in it or fish sauce or something similar. Traditionally they are added because of the taste.
It tastes just as good totally vegan, believe me.
I bought this vegan variant in the organic shop.

caril tailandês verde
Quem pensa que o caril tailandês com tofu ou vegetais também é logicamente vegano está enganado.
Nos cremes de caril, que você pode comprar nas lojas da Ásia ou supermercados é principalmente molho de camarão nele ou molho de peixe ou algo semelhante. Tradicionalmente eles são adicionados por causa do sabor.
Sabe igualmente bem, totalmente vegetariano, acredite em mim.
Comprei esta variante vegana na loja de produtos biológicos.

grünes Thai Curry
Wer denkt, dass Thai Curry mit Tofu oder Gemüse auch ganz logischerweise vegan ist, der irrt sich.
In die Curry Cremes, welche man im Einzelhandel kaufen kann ist meist Schrimps Sauce drin oder Fisch Sauce oder ähnliches. Denn traditionell wird diesem wegen dem Geschmack angeblich hinzugefügt.
Es schmeckt genauso gut total vegan, glaubt mir.
Ich habe extra im Bioladen diese vegane Variante besorgt.
Alles weitere kann man auf den Bildern sehen.

Yes, it's so easy to forget that you have to check for those little ingredients that a lot of people forget about! I just made homemade kimchi, which often has fish sauce or even some shrimp paste in it if it's not marked vegan. So easy to adjust the recipe and make a delicious vegan meal, though! Love some yummy curry. :)

This kinda curry reminds me to the other vegan curry we have in my hometown.. but because there is no instant curry available at the market and I have to make one myself..it always stops me 😂
