My Weekly Report as Country Representative for the Philippines from August 9-15, 2022 by @loloy2020
Greetings and A Blessed Day Everyone!
Before anything else, I'd like to thank God for everything He's given to me this week, especially everything I've done in the Steemit Philippines Community and on the Steemit platform as a whole. I'd also like to thank the Steemit team for their ongoing support and confidence in me as of the Country Representative for the Philippines, as well as my fellow Filipino Steemians who have always been by my side throughout my journey on Steemit.
Serving my fellow Filipino Steemians is both a privilege and a passion for me. I want to help the entire Steemit Philippines Community, as well as everyone who has supported it thus far. Since the beginning of the Steemit Philippines Community, I have never forgotten to thank everyone who has assisted me, and in return, I will do my best for the benefit of everyone.
Now, with regards with my weekly report as Country Representative for the Philippines, it sum up in the following categories.

Community Contest
One best way we can do to keep our members active in the community is through our weekly contest in which I was the one assigned to decide who will manage the contest, it is either admins or one of the moderators are tasks to manage a contest every week.
Steemit Philippines Community Contest of the Week: Favorite Childhood Snack
With regards to our Community's Weekly Contest, one of our moderators is assigned to conduct and facilitate the contest and she is @junebride. The contest of the is food related, the same as from last week but for now we want our members who would be participating to share their Favorite Childhood Snacks. We all know that we have memorable experience when we were a child and some of that are those snacks we keep on asking from our parents, and we would like to know that.

My Personal and Community Account Activity
As a leader and country representative, we must set as an example to all our members within the community. Together with my co-admin who have all the access of the Community Account Keys, we were tasks to do some activities of the community account.

Voting CSI will determine how active we are in upvoting other Steemians posts or much better if it is in the community.

To be a good example for our members, I will make sure that I am also active in the community by posting my Diary Game Entries and some other contents every week. Aside from being active and consistent to our own community the Steemit Philippines, I am also active posting from different community and one of it is on Steem Travel Community which I was also a Team Support Philippines.

Moderators Weekly Report Summary
To give credits to the efforts of our moderators who continuously supporting and give their best for the growth of our Community, here is a lists and summary of their weekly reports.
Future Plans
The future plans are still on the process and we'll plan to implement this at the end of the month.
It is my pleasure to help my fellow Filipinos and I personally thank God for the opportunity. To continue my support, I have some future plans to make and by the Grace of God this will be implemented soon. I only have two future plans to make as follows.
Add two new Moderators - As of the moment we only have 5 Moderators assigned in the three major islands in the Philippines, the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao but we need more especially those members who's permanently living in the Luzon area. More details about this and how to apply will follow.
To choose Best 3 Post every Week - Our Moderators are tasks to share their own weekly report in the community and part of it were top 3 posts to receive Booming Upvote. Now, from Monday to Sunday the Te will going to choose Best 3 Post of the week who will win Steem Prizes.
This plans I have in the community will also be shared to my co-admin and moderators to discuss and find other ways or ideas that will help our members more active.
