A Blessed day SteemFoods Community!!!

Filipino foods are, in my opinion, among the best foods to consider from around the world, and some of them are now available from other countries around the world, implying that Filipino foods are now world-class foods to consider by everyone.

A few days ago, I presented one of my favorite Filipino dishes that I cooked, and it is generally known as "Escabeche or Sweet and Sour Fish" in my home country of the Philippines; everyone may learn how to prepare and cook it by clicking here..

For today, here is another Filipino dish that I prepared and cooked that everyone should consider and try making at home; this dish is also one of my favorites, the "Pancit with Chicken Meat and Vegetables." For those who don't know what Pancit is, it's a Filipino term for noodles, and the best variety to use is fresh Pancit.

This Filipino dish is also believed to be the simplest to make and cook, as it can be done in less than 10 minutes and is best eaten while it is still hot or after cooking. My mother bought items the day before I made this dish for a Pancit Recipe that we will make the next day or today for breakfast. Let me show you through the simple steps of preparing and cooking this dish, Pancit with Chicken meat and Vegetables.

Now, let us get started with my simple step-by-step procedure on how to cook this Pancit Recipe, the "Pancit with Chicken Meat and Vegetables".

Here are the ingredients needed to prepare:

  1. Fresh Pancit (Noodles)
  2. Chicken Meat or Liver marinated with Soy Sauce
  3. Sliced Onion and Garlic
  4. Vegetables (Sliced Carrots, Cabbage and etc.)
  5. Cooking Oil
  6. Salt and Seasonings
  7. Soy Sauce and/or Oyster Sauce
  8. Water

Procedure on how to cook the Pancit with Chicken Meat and Vegetables:

Heat the frying pan and add some oil, wait till it's hot enough, then sautee the sliced onions first until they turn golden brown, then add the sliced garlic and wait until it's well sautee.

When the onions and garlic are well sautéed, add your chopped chicken meat or liver marinated in Soy sauce and stir well so that everything is mixed and cooked properly.

After you've mixed all of the ingredients, just add some water depending on how much Pancit or noodles you have, add some Soy sauce and/or Oyster sauce to taste, then cover it for around 3 minutes to thoroughly cook the chicken meat or liver.

After 3 minutes, check to see if the chicken meat or liver is cooked; if it is, add the fresh Pancit or fresh Noodles, mix well, then cover and wait until the Pancit or Noodles is cooked.

Uncover after 4 minutes and check to see if the Pancit or Noodles are cooked, then add your prepared vegetables and cover for 1 minute. Do not overcook the vegetables; it is much better if they are not overcooked.

Here is the finished product of one of my favorite Filipino Food recipes, the Pancit with Chicken Meat and Vegetables which I was the one who cooked it.

This is it, everyone; I hope and pray that everyone understood all of the procedures I described and that everyone would try this at home and enjoy eating this dish. This is an extremely simple dish, but it tastes a lot better than other foods, especially if you make it yourself.

This would be all for today and thank you, everyone, for dropping by and reading my content.
