My Actifit Report Card: December 23 2018
Not very active. It was my birthday, so the morning was very idle. We went out after lunch and got to walk to the station, but then sat on a train, in a cinema, in a cafe, on a train again, in a restaurant. Lots of sitting with little bits of movement in between!
