So near yet so far

This is my sunset view every evening now. My living room faces the west, and beyond these houses, five minutes walk away is the sea front. Every evening, I stand here for a few minutes, admiring the show nature puts on.

Since returning home, I only went for a walk on the seaside once, and before I had another chance, we've been put on lockdown. A walk isn't totally out of the question now, as we are allowed to go out to exercise once a day and walks count.

Stroll across to the seafront, preferably with no one else around otherwise I will have to keep my 2 meters distance. Sit by the promenade, listen to the sound of waves swishing and swooshing around, whilst watching the beautiful sunset. I wonder what colourful costume it will put on?

Perhaps I might do that tomorrow.
